A few of my THM friends from marilu.com have tried Ani’s 15 Day Fat Blast with great success. In the last couple of weeks I have really enjoyed some of the recipes that I have tried. So, I decided that I would go for it for the next fifteen days while sharing my trials and tribulations here. Accountability, for me, is my key to success.

I shopped yesterday for ingredients yesterday at two stores. I didn’t get all the ingredients I needed for the next three days so off to store #3 I went this afternoon. I spent $18.00 for ingredients, but that includes things like a full bag of apples when I will only need one in the first three days. I spent about three hours slicing, dicing, and getting my six shakes ready for tomorrow.

I want to lose weight because my clothes are ill-fitting and I could stand to lose a few pounds. I need to lose weight to get rid of my menopausal belly and to be in shape as I age.

I will allow myself to change and become healthier because I want to be able to travel easily for the rest of my life.

I like this program because the meals are spelled out and, so far, the items I have tried have been delicious.
