Morning: Well, the mess of it all started when I began to prepare today’s food last night at 11:00 pm. I found that I was missing the ingredients for three of the five meals for the day so I quick had to figure out a plan so I could go to bed.  I stuck with Ani’s breakfast and snack #2. Snack #1 was blueberries with nuts.

Afternoon:  I went back to my new favorite salad for lunch, Ani’s Easy Being Green Salad.  Yum. Can never go wrong with that. Snack #2 was a Garlic Bell Soup that I made with fantastic mini peppers. My eating was off schedule again today, so I sucked down the soup at 4:30 so I could eat dinner at a decent hour. In the end, dinner at a decent hour never did happen.

Evening:  This was another excellent meal that Ani has provided, even though it happened at 8:45 pm. The directions called for blending the sauce. Instead, I blended only a quarter of of the diced tomatoes, adding the rest to sauce. Yum! I even got the thumbs up from my daughter.
