I was on my own today.  My menu was:

  • Pineapple Cilantro Shake
  • Watermelon Grapefruit Salad
  • Fennel Slaw
  • Orange Vanilla Shake
  • Mixed Veggie Seaweed Rolls

Overview of Day 15: It wasn’t so bad planning my own menu. DH sliced and diced dinner and made the Sesame Dipping Sauce while I was at work. This sauce is so excellent, I could almost drink it (but won’t). Usually, I use half of a Nori wrap, but found for this recipe the half Nori is not big enough. The whole wrap was just a little too much for me, and way too much for DD. If you do not care for Nori, any green leaf would work just fine. This is worth an eat, just so you can try the sauce.

Today’s Weight: 143#  (-.5# today, 6.5# total) since July 2nd.  I can hardly wait to weigh in the morning so I can give a final tally of weight lost during the 15 days.
