Back to Day One of no chocolate.
Such a roller coaster I choose to put my body on.
I was more than prepared today. The meals were:
- Tropical Green Smoothie with Cilantro (1/2)
- Mixed Green Salad with Somer’s Balsamic Vinegarette Yum!
- Tropical Green Smoothie with Cilantro (other 1/2)
- Minestrone Soup
- Glass of Merlot
Tropical Green Smoothie w/Cilantro
1 cup Spinach
1 cup Kale
2 Tbsp Cilantro
1 1/4 cups Pineapple
1/2 – 1 Banana
1 Tbsp Flax Meal
1 1/2 C Coconut Water
1/4 tsp Matcha
1/2 cup Ice
Additional water, if too thick.
Need the Vitamix for this one. Makes 32 oz. Blend well. Enjoy.
